Rose Quartz

Emotional stability can be quite difficult to maintain. Due to sensitivity, environment, people interactions, previous experience, relationships and illness. Feelings and the effects are not made to be contained, restricted or stopped, they are a part of us which is designed to naturally flow without limiting them. Like a gentle breeze flowing through and around, clearing and releasing. Ever changing. Not to consume, restrict or deplete. Whilst water is a good element to use for feelings so too is the element of air. Both will work to harmonise in different ways, water will release stuck emotions faster for processing by a more defined specific pressure, air will lift at a gentler pace clearing emotional energy upwards and then out.

This Lionsgate and incoming celestial energies for the near future are impacting social interactions and bringing a union between conscious creating and the vibration of bringing the feelings to a lighter frequency for manifestation. More joy, abundance, fulfilment and love, at a personal level, then naturally extending this outwards. Sovereignty integration requires a form of commitment to embody, envelope, and embrace feelings, but also will bring into play the honesty that no other person on this planet will bring you a continuous sense of joy.  You will share a joyful time, connection, or experience with others, you will have a feeling of being joyful with others and around others, maybe a lot of the time or throughout life. But ultimately, a major life factor is joy is internal and formed within, extended throughout the heart. We have to be our own  ambassador and not reliant on others for this. When you have a joy within, even a glimmer, then it can not be taken away but can be built upon.

How can you find more connective or constructive ways to build more joy into life. The energy of joy is often felt momentarily or for short periods of time. Strengthened by focusing on what makes you smile, safe or open. The simplest of activities or sensory experiences can contribute to the feel of uplifting energy. What brings your awareness to the soft embrace of your heart space and any feelings of joy. What does joy and it’s expression feel like to you. It is a pure honesty that creates sparkle and a twinkle.

Rose Quartz is an excellent facilitator for tuning into oversensitised emotions. It  offers a very steady grounded support, whilst also enabling a release of feelings requiring expression. It will help to enfold the personal space of the aura within a softer energy creating room for a possible clearing and safe opening. Emotions held tight or physical tensions held tight can be softened and eased with Rose Quartzs aid. When used with smoky quartz, the base chakra can be opened to more expansive flow, with trust of support for oneself enhanced. Bringing through more life force energy, which then as it moves through the chakra system, will align them better than previously. Pink candy floss of softest fluffy clouds, just holding a momentary difference in energy vibration.

Lots of different shapes and sizes of Rose quartz are available and the choice is what you feel is correct for you with no right or wrong decision.  Some rose quartz may be used to look at rather than be held. This is just as effective in what can be maintained or achieved. It just works in a slightly different way. Dreams and hopes can be reflected through rose quartz energy, magnification also of remembering what brings you joy, softens and the renewal of the exploration of inquisitive mindset and spirit. Can bring a quiet reflection for more purpose and what areas of life will benefit from your nurturing. As well as open consideration of journey going forward. It is a very supportive crystal and very easy to use.

One of the things rose quartz is good at is helping to create space for grace and peace withinself, often in life we can fill every moment with busyness, sometimes so as to not have to accept, acknowledge, or look at something in life or within ourself. Rose quartz helps create that space. It will help the layers of energy if appropriate to come into consciousness alignments, like a sound wave expanding throughout, as the focus becomes exact. Going to the heart or core of a problem but always guiding back to resolution and self care. It’s a powerful crystal with many attributes to it, but is still one of the most gentle to use.

There are loads of ways to use rose quartz as there are for every crystal. However, simple ways can be just as effective and beneficial.

Placing one or more tumbles upon yourself near to or around pain including emotional pain.(not over open wounds ect). Placing on or near each chakra to align the system, front or back or both if wanted.  Or place them around you like an egg shape. Try for three days once a day, maybe put some nice music on or have quiet if preferred. Lay down and relax into the space you created for fifteen minutes. There is nothing you need to do just focus on being open and relaxing.

Try holding a crystal for comfort and support particularly if in shock or high level stress as this will ground your energy to steady it. Rose quartz can aid in bringing a focus for intent for self love. So can be used within a grid. Nice to place in a child’s bedroom window, out of reach of the child, depending on age. Can also be used in bathroom around the bath area, especially if wanting goddess energy for assistance with divine feminine healing. Rose quartz just softens energy and is lovely to use for connection with angels and unicorns as they will always respond to love frequency. Rose Quartz for highlighting all loveable parts of self and those parts that may as yet be unexplored.

Lion’s portal

This year the opening of the Lionsgate portal is slightly different to previous years. Mostly because the previous energies that have been incoming are now more established and integrated throughout the collective. This allows for a more intricate lighter frequency to start to arrive.

Usually the energy’s have been to increase awareness of personal power and how to strengthen any areas in life or within self that do not feel aligned with this. But this year the incoming is very much about personal sovereignty at a different level. It’s a huge uplift for those souls whom are ready to take there place within society as a beacon of integrity, truth and hold steady within their own power and authenticity, not to  disempower others but to empower with respect for others personal paths and choices. It is about understanding that each individual has there own unique purpose and life choices whilst acknowledgeing it may not fit into our box of perception of what we consider right or wrong. Becomes a case of working specifically with yourself to embody and integrate your higher aspects. If you have been noticing any relationship issues arising or circumstances whereby you have had to or wanted to defend yourself and your truth in some way, or are beginning to recognize patterns of behaviour within self or in others that keep happening then it may be the energies of lionsgate influence. Sometimes it’s worth disengaging from this ongoing cycle or path of energy to re-establish your sense of serenity and clarity.

The incoming energies allow for a good clear out of outdated energy that may be carried. This time there will be a reconnecting to the power of self, source and that which we intrinsically have available inside and that which is reflected outside. There will be a sense of all power does come from within and that no one is going to come and change anything for us. It’s time to reinstate personal acknowledgement of our own power in all areas of life. That becomes freeing from restraint and defines new boundaries of acceptance and choices. Will be ongoing for approximately seven months as it filters through the integration and processing that we are fully and completely responsible for ourselves at every level. There will be a lot more recognition of Soul self and opportunity to explore this dynamic area of oneself.

So for next few months, letting go and relaxing. Allowing for shakeups and  keep going back to grounding to anchor whilst happening. Also trusting your intuition and relearning your truth, awakening to aligned expansion. Knowing yourself at as many levels and in as many different ways as possible. This allows for a lot more downloads from soul and a lot easier sovereign alignment.

Crystals associated for use are golden healer, apatite, sunstone and lions quartz. Pyrite can assist facilitation as can pyramid shapes. Colour to use is gold, yellow, orange but also temper with pink. Take time to continue to soften energy around you but also be aware of personal boundaries that may be tested or crossed. Support yourself through transitions as they arise.  There will some establishment shifts as areas where those who have not received or are not currently receiving a level of care that should be standard will continue to need to be addressed, accountability taken and changes incorporated.

There is some timeline hopping that has been occurring and slight parallel universe windows opening, so something to be aware of if you’ve noticed this is happening. It’s only a way for the continuum of timelines to stay stable within the structure and changes will always occur. And sometimes for soul to bring through various types of relevant information that is required at some point in the near future. If you’ve had past life relevance come up or felt a connecting with different realms with levels of interest  changing then it may be the energy shifts taking place for yourself. This will take you to a different frequency to anchor to build upon your monads sovereignty. All energies are connected and interconnected and are part of an infrastructure that will continue to realign. There is a lot of lovely incoming energies which will create so much expansion and enable a different world experience and changes of perspective. Healing is going to start to change so the frequencies available can be used easier than previously. So many more people will be awakening to healing abilities and skills that they may previously not recognized or explored.

Lions Gate of Sirius with the Magdalene Frequency

As the Lions gate portal once again opens to align with earth, the downpouring of energy influences all upon the planet. The direction this energy flows and how much is received is dependent upon the recipients openness and souls work requirements. The portal is an energetic doorway for Sirius. The planet that activates the higher heart center to a different frequency for those who are ready and want to incorporate any changes this may bring. Times are changing and whilst the energy of Sirius has been downloading consistently for eons, it is now also upgrading to flow freely alongside the ley lines of the Magdalene pathways of energy, traversing and weaving throughout the worlds gridwork. The ancient heart line of Mary Magdalene frequency can be accessed and worked with as a grounded energy for heart chakra and higher heart chakra support, in unison with the Sirian energy at this time and the next few months.



The Mary Magdalene frequency is ancient and has been supporting those who may be drawn to holding her energy within themselves and their own heart chamber. This can initially be as a result of pain, despair, grief, and difficulty. She offers a strength and resilience for personal support. An anchor of the flame for stability in times of unrest and unbalance, as energies around the world shift and change in frequency, a never ending constant flow of release and upgrade. A higher order consistently in progress for humanities consciousness evolution. She supports the divine male and female aspects of self for balance, opening the way forwards to be within ones power of inner warrior, guided by the wisdom of heart and whispers of soul correlation. She will assist in bringing awareness back to the divinity of self to clear past residues of hurt and to restrengthen ones heart energy to a lighter frequency, which can then be used in all areas of life. Connection to this specific frequency was always available for everyone, however it was more of a common practice for initiates of various old school disciplines and mystery schools, to be aware of and utilize. That now has changed significantly to be more readily accessible to those who may feel drawn to connect with her energy resonance.

The Magdalene frequency is working with the Lions gate portal of Sirius, which will be activating for the next month, reaching its most intense peak at approximately the 8th August, after which the incoming energies will return to normal fluctuations and availability.

Lions gate energy presents an opportunity to become very clear with yourself about where your at, where you have been and where you want to be. This can be noticing any conflict within yourself , it can be about how you feel, what you think, or how you want to express yourself, or be seen and treated within the world and daily life relationships. Lions gate energy helps you to remain focused with intent on any changes you want to begin to incorporate into daily life, to enhance your earth life reality. This includes at a personal level any traits you want to embellish upon, changes you want to make related to health, living space, as well as anything else pertaining to normal daily life. It is about structure and how we build our lives around specific wants, needs or requirements. A precision focus, breaking down what does not serve to what will serve much better at the current time and the near future. Understanding with intuitive knowing what is required by you and for you, to be within your personal power and to honor it. To see the perspective of the moment and extend this to the bigger picture with clarity. For example, if you have a health problem, what can you do to help your body to feel better, diet, fluid intake, relaxation, exercise, could be one or all of these or more , take a moment to be honest with yourself what can you do to help yourself in any area of life. You always have the power to create even a very small change for the better for yourself. As you focus on practical application you also begin the process of creating energy flow for even more fluidity.

What changes including small ones can be accomplished by you to manifest and create any differences you want to have within your life. Whilst soul self is the overriding guide, your higher self and soul will aid you in finding the best possible life and path you can achieve, sometimes this means putting the work in at a ground level. Manifestation can be generously shared from the universe and cosmos , however the majority of the time it starts with focus, direction of intent and effort. This creates the continuum of energy to create a shift at a level best suited for you.

Lions gate transmissions from Sirius are about power, courage and being your own champion , not to the detriment of others, but to honor them as you honor yourself, by staying within your personal power space and heart energy. Not always easy to maintain or do in normal daily life circumstances and situations that may arise to instigate a reaction from you.
