The Silence Within

And so the attention turns inward, directing the focus back to ourselves. Awareness and understanding of the need that some part may be asking, screaming, shouting for help. A way forward to be able to cope with whatever is happening, happened or being led towards being experienced. When life can feel so totally overwhelming, with something of a serious nature to deal with or so many difficulties or complications going on in one or more areas of life. Relationships, finances, abode, health, sometimes it just doesnt stop. Brick by brick intensity can build. Often there may be no obvious way forwards, no where to turn, no answers or clarity, help not freely given, but neither is it directly asked for.

Only silently within does the trauma, the inner nightmares, fears, restictions and stress occur. Maybe not noticed or seen by others but a struggling that is either deep or just below the surface. Present and painful. When overwhelm reaches maximum level. A point of mental, emotional and therefore physical endurance that depletes, exhausts and consumes. Some will have experienced it, some may be going through it and some may never know of it. It is a path that often leads to such a sense of distress with no where to go that a total letting go is the only concievable way to continue. When this happens a reconnection back to personal power, wisdom, trust, truth and divine self is the path revealed. This may be a spiritual journey, a connection to belief or religion, could be a sacred space created, felt or acknowledgment of a divine essence of more than the physical reality.  This becomes an awakening, a rebirth, a rebuilding of self despite and because of life situations. A coming back together but maybe in a different way than previously.

Life overload can happen when we are stressed beyond a point of being able to fully relax, where the repetitive thoughts are consistant in the mind and mental body setup, they may be drowned out for a while with mental stimulatory noise but when the focus is taken away from the distraction, then they become more powerful than ever, shouting louder than ever. The emotions of fear and terror can plague the emotional body , so any experienced joy or momentary happiness becomes destroyed by the feelings that want to overwhelm and swamp. Even at night sleep is not an escape they can be worse within the quietsest of moments. Arising to be heard, felt and expressed. There is no softening, no hiding, no release from the on going response to the experience that’s happening.

So do you give these feelings credence, an expression, an outlet for release. We generally have a fantastic coping mechanism which despite how we are feeling can help to bring awareness to allowing for an opening, which then proceeds the start of a gentle release. Like a slow turning of a top on a bottle of fizzy drink. How does the body move or feel, how is your posture, does the body hurt or shut down in different ways through restriction or denial, depletion or sorrow. How do the emotions flow throughout the day, with fluidity or stuck going round and round to the same sequence of feelings, are the repetitive thoughts intensifying the feelings and vice versa. A cycle without perceived end. The overwhelm can be all consuming with no respite from oneself for oneself.

So we begin again, turning the attention inward but not only inward also upwards and downwards, looking to reconnect our core back with our true self, a beautiful powerful and mighty being that knows  love and light. That knows all is really an illusion, a veil upon life’s path that has been drawn around, waiting to be noticed, waiting for the moment the recognition can relight and fog or clouds disperse. That all that is transpiring is another part of souls path, growth, evolution and integration. This is the part of ourselves that shines so bright it anialates any of the shadows that cause so much pain, distress and torture. The light within knows no boundry only the brightest power, illuminating the problems and shrinking them to the minutest form which then disperses them, gone. The relief is extensive and expansive. I am as light, I am my true self, I breathe in the light and I release the tension, I breathe in and gently let go, let it all go, its ok, its ok to feel the scary feelings, its ok to cry, to scream, to shout, to weep, its ok to say no more, because in that moment of the deepest darkest shadow is when the light shines brightest, there is no where left to hide, no where left to go. Because when that light fills, expands and radiates into our totality we become as one united within the divine. Our place to be, a serenity in which the quiet shall come. This is not the same as the dark night of the Soul, it is a return to a balance that’s been disrupted through circumstances happening to you internally, externally and then internally again. Like a boomerang.

With the breathe, we return the attention back to ourself and are ready to begin again, I breathe in and I am safe, I breathe out I am home. I breathe in and i am safe, I breathe out and I trust. The trust comes like a seedling which internally starts to strengthen. As that continues to build a strong foundation is formed.

Where or how do I begin to rebuild may be the rising query. From trust let us begin with courage, you dont journey this path alone, your held and supported by a universe including the earth herself. You can let go, you dont need to hold on so tightly to yourself, you can begin to let go and so we continue to breathe, nothing more, just in and out. I tune into my body reassuring it that it is safe and supported. I allow, I allow for the feelings to arise and wash over me like a wave if necessary, they are only feelings, expressions of release and rhythm. We continue with the thoughts, all valid, all wanting attention, we notice, we observe we breathe, we allow, we do not chase or follow them, they are only another expression in form to a reaction of circumstance. Bring in love for yourself, an openness and honesty, being your own best friend. Listen to the thoughts as they untangle and weave a repattern to more cohesive clarity, less internal conflict. Within the quiet moment of a space created, healing can begin, it may be slow, it may come quietly, it may continue to be a long path forwards, but with the letting go comes a gentle space for resolve, for comfort, for breath.

I sit in the quiet, with my self, this is me as i am, I honour that which brought me here, that which kept me here and that which I now release. The ultimate serenity  bathes me within the quiet, as i turn to the divine creator, i also turn to myself. Oh there i am so clear now to see, filled with a light thats eternal and bright, turned towards the open door of relief this light that is part of me. I am never alone for my soul is with me with whatever life shall bring to me. And so I breathe.

Yoga postures are good for doing the opposite of what the body may naturally want to do in crisis, this opens the body out rather than restricts. Esssentially creating more energy fluidity.

Shadowlands

Shadow self is a natural part of ourselves. It is held and formed throughout the auric field, entwined with the thoughts, feelings and physical body. Formulated through relationships with self and others, through internal conflict and dialogue, traumas experienced from past or present lives. From illness, loss, excess anger, shock, longings, prolonged hurt, many experiences in life can add to the shadow self as can deep unrecognized feelings .

It formulates throughout the energy bodies grid work structure and can also be accumulated karmic or ancestral debris  which is held to be cleared, recognised or healed. Everyone will have a shadow aspect to themselves, which can be percieved in many ways, some sensed intuitively, some visual and some heard. Awareness is key to recognising the parts of ourselves which may be rising into consciousness at various times throughout life. Old patterns may surface, long forgotten memories. Hidden beneath the layers of density, often as clumps of energy which may be tangled, dense, or gooey and thick or sometimes just a light grey like smoke, particularly if being processed.

Shadow self is nothing to be scared of or concerned about, everyone has one, it is nothing more than energy, which is darker than your normal energy colour patterns as it is denser in frequency. When being activated to release some density, it is like a mirror which can reflect back to you any darkness and shadow. It is purely something we have that offers an excellent opportunity at various and appropriate times in life a way to engage back to self to assist in raising energy vibration. To be observant of what could be considered as triggering a more intense response perhaps than normal, what in thoughts, feelings or bodily reactions may be arising to be looked at. Can be as simple as an area of yourself that may be you don’t like very much. This can be physical, or an aspect of personality self. Can also be subconscious activity of suppressed or unexpressed desires.

Shadow self can be seen as a way to discover more about who you are, to know your divine sovereignty and to give yourself some grace, as all life is a learning experience. It can hold a great deal of knowledge, information and power to support. It often holds codes which can provide a lot of information relevent to your personal journey.

Shadow self awareness and acknowledgement, followed by acceptance allows a doorway to be opened for revelation, insight and reconnection back to power. To notice what in life is being reflected back to you and what you are deflecting. Shadow  experiences often happen spontaneously, when this happens it is easier to process arising insights that will assist you. When you process and embody the learnings shadow shows you, then it can release the energy of that one part, you feel more free, inspired, creative and more fully integrated into yourself. None of shadow detail clearing needs to be intense, complicated or painful. If in alignment with souls awakening the experience happens naturally, like a switch being turned on. Whilst initially this can be considered to be disconcerting until you have adjusted to the transition. It is all a natural part of souls development and growth, and leads to more fulfilling way of interaction with yourself.

There are various aids nature provides to assist in the process of instability that may be instigated through any clearing of the infrastructure of shadow self. Often creates a temporary inbalance which can be supported.

Any darker crystals can be used as you process, essential oils can also be used to assist transition. Oils like Frangipani, holy Basil, vetiver and Fragonia. Time for your self doing some thing you enjoy is of value, as is being open to your personal clarity and expressing your feelings. Writing down your thoughts can be of some help, letting them free flow. Sometimes there can be a quick shift of energy uplift and sometimes very slow. Depending on your specific personal energy signature, alignment and requirements. Imagine for a moment if you shine a torch in the dark your shadow will show on the wall, ceiling or floor. The shadow self is very much like this, an extension but intrinsic part of you. The more light added, the less darker shadows will be seen. Everyone is an individual. Trust what feels right for you and your experience. As there can be many times throughout life we may be guided to acknowledge a part of our shadow. And are offered the opportunity for moments of stillness within ourselves to access and assimilate what’s going on and then to move forward with a brighter lighter sense of self.

Healing into Now

There are many ways to heal, to sense healing and to be within the receptive space for healing to transpire. But what does healing mean to you personally as it can be different for everyone. It may be the idea of total eradication of an illness or pain, it might be a release of emotional discomfort or a psychological shift of awareness and perception. Any healing benefits received can be quick and significant or a slow gentle transition. The extent of healing required or received, depends on many factors, including where you are along your souls path, what would benefit from healing, the reasons why, plus your overall receptivity. Also of importance is the awareness of the involvement of the self within the entire process of any wellbeing transition. Any form of healing, physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual are all parts of the same whole. Healing of any type, holistic or conventional, involves a transition from one state of beingness or energy frequency change to another. The responsibility coming back to self under the guidance of higher aspects of divinity.

Healing Basics

There are many different levels to any type of healing, layer upon layer with possibilities of change available in varying degrees, allowing for more opportunity of soul energy alignment . Finding the right type of healing that resonates with you specifically will be dependant on your requirements, as one does not fit all. For example some may receive Reiki and not have any response, others may have Reiki and feel significantly better. Someone may have acupuncture and feel amazing, another may have no reaction from it. Three is usually the maximum treatments of any form of holistic health session required to know if your gaining any benefit from it. Benefit may not be as initially expected as it could be a very simple, gentle and subtle experience. If after three sessions of a holistic wellbeing treatment you are not responding, then this treatment type or provider is probably not the one for you at that time. If it is not working in the way you may have expected, been advised or anticipated, it is ok to say it is not right for you without feeling you have let yourself down, feel under pressure to continue or that you have failed in some way. Your truth for personal self care always matters. The natural needing and wanting to feel better can override our quiet intuitive self, the one that knows and understands if there is a resonance happening within any treatment or healing. Trust yourself that you do know what is best for you. You may not always have complete clarity about it, you may not listen, or you may ignore your wisdom completely, but that is all part of the bringing back to self awareness and inner trust. The quiet space within that does know. This is the same with not only holistic healthcare but conventional medicine received as well.

Self Wisdom

The inclination may be to disempower ourselves with our perception of the wisdom of others, the knowledge and training or experience they might have. However, you have incarnated into your own body, your vechicle throughout this life time, and with this also comes your own innate and higher self wisdom. Your inner guidance, the higher aspects of self wisdom sees and knows a much bigger picture about the reality of situations. The quiet space within which is integral for receiving and understanding your guidance may not always be easy to access due to many reasons, including environment, health, busyness and normal daily life activity. We can find excuses or reasons not to engage with this instinctual part of ourselves, especially if the awareness it gives us and the level of knowing that we intrinsically have, endorses our personal power. This may not always feel comfortable or might require some adjustments for acceptance and appreciation to occur. This can include awareness of responsibility for ourselves in all areas of life and the choices we make, without being judgemental about the choices already previously made. Alot can happen in life whereby we might take on responsibility that’s not ours to have, or we feel no responsibility or acknowledgment is needed about a previous scenario that transpired. When the higher self and inner wisdom come to awareness, so can the realization that we are far more than personality and experience. With realization comes an internal shift and this often extends out to an external energy shift in daily life which is more power based. It is an awakening that comes from a recognition of self and when experienced, can be within a moment of intuitive insight or it can develop and build over a period of time. Deep energy changes and repatterning can occur, leading to different experiences, challenges or opportunities happening. The process of integration and implementation of this new found personal power can then begin to be strengthened.

Align

It is easy to forget to allow the time and opportunity to heal to the level appropriate for ourselves, or have the expectation that due to time having passed, that the body is over any trauma incurred. Extra reserves of personal power can not always be found to be drawn upon in these instances. Whilst the body, aura and energy all work as a total unit influenced by each other, the body is the physical that requires more time to adjust and be recharged, especially if its showing signs of depletion, needs time for healing or stamina strengthened. Accident, injuries, shock, trauma, surgery, chronic illnesses, various medical or pharmaceutical treatments, diagnosis of illness, deep emotions, or constant psychological difficulties can create a deep tiredness and fatigue. Creating space for allowing healing for all parts of self to realign is of value. Healing can take time as it often moves through each of the levels of the aura and this can be a slow ongoing process. This never means needing  to continue to have holistic health treatments week after week to create a shift. It can be very easy to get caught up in a practitioner or teacher promoting or suggesting a continuous form of therapy for your wellbeing. After a specific amount of treatments the maximum benefit possible will have been achieved and more of the same will not make any difference. Full health may never be regained for many reasons, this is when acknowledgement, acceptance, hope, mindset and energy work also become a part of the healing process and maintanance. Doing that which brings you joy, in your quiet time of recuperation or if feeling poorly, lifts and benefits the whole wellbeing. Meditation and working with your energy creates space within and moves the flows of life force energy. Creating extra reserves to be drawn upon as may be needed, increasing deficit and calming excess. The prana of the breath is such an easy and accessible part of yourself to work with to aid any healing journey, or for recreating a sacred space within. Repetition and regular practice can soon bring you back to a quiet place for the best possible rebalance to potentially occur. Providing a space for respite, a coming together of self, whilst enabling a certain level of detachment which can often be necessary if working through pain. Chakras are connected to all parts of the bodies systems and can be rebalanced providing some relief, but in itself this is not enough to provide healing at anything other than a band aid or basic level. You also do not need to pay for another person to balance your own chakras for you, this can be done very easily for yourself and takes minutes or less.

Complementary

There are many paths available to enhance opportunities for personal healing and energy awareness to complement wellbeing. It is sometimes knowing where to begin, there is usually never a wrong way, but discernment is always a good place to start. Replenishing your own energy with vitality does not need to be complex, costly or time consuming. There are many of natures assets that can easily be utilised to create a change, even the smallest benefit can make such a difference to overall everyday quality of life. Nature offers so much for wellbeing, spending time however short in a scenic natural environment with life and growth all around is peace inducing to the core self. If the air quality is good that is even better. Energy resonates, so will naturally start to gently anchor, soothe, clear, expand and uplift without any conscious awareness or concentration needed. Personal power enhancement within wellbeing and healing situations instigated by yourself, can become a source of inner strength, courage and give a sense of having some control to aiding your own wellbeing path. Also bringing a sense of joy and play to complement the heart energy space as some progress however small, may be experienced. Can be as simple as a mindset change, acceptance, less discomfort or feelings being released, none are insignificant when they affect you, your wellbeing and peace of mind. There is alot available to try and most are now readily accessible. Depending on what attracts your attention or is of interest to you is the best place to start the trust for your journey of a healing path. This maybe either participation and learning or developing a regular practice of wellbeing energy care maintenance.
