The way of the heart is the power of now

As an Ascension frequency teacher I am often asked what is Ascension. It is the actual journey through life, the ebbs and flows of energy that go with all areas of life. The offer for humanity is the way of the heart, to assist in whatever way is appropriate to all who may struggle, without judgement, attachment or ego, it is extending compassion to a fellow human who is travelling the same path through life, but on there own personal journey, with all that there soul has come to experience and learn. It is understanding who we are at many levels beyond third dimensional perception. Ascension is not a new concept it has been happening for eons through out time. Nothing stays the same everything in the universe has consistent motion or change of one form or another happening, from micro to macro to cosmic. So Ascension is the transition of ascending and transcending from one level to another, you may like to imagine the lowest key on a piano plays a specific note, play another higher key and this will have a different sound, that is exactly what is happening we are transitioning from one to another, from lower to higher. This particular paradigm of time can be for consciousness awareness of that which may be perceived beyond the veil of illusion from the aspect of the personality. That there is more to the universe, the ego, the self and the earth than may have been initially or consistently perceived. This is known as an awakening to a shift in awareness, a revelation which can create changes internally and then correlate externally. It can be a subtle gentle change, hardly noticeable or can be a major shift of a life situation or circumstance. All ways are valid and are a reflection of each individual souls personal path of alignment, this is not a one off, it is a continuous progression throughout the entirety of life, a constant evolving fluctuating way of being within the body, of learning and experiencing, of energy, of all aspects of self and the world in general. Relationships, environment, purpose, health, wellbeing and finances can all come under the umbrella of that which is influenced or affected by the incoming frequencies of energy as the old begins to unravel into the new. This can mean so many different things happen around the world, on an individual basis and as a collective consciousness. We may feel singular yet it is a misconception, we are all interconnected through the great web of life regardless of perceived differences. All souls, all on the path of life, all on earth going through ascension of the entire planet.

Life can bring so many challenges that can be very difficult to navigate through, it can also bring an abundance of blessings ,which may on the surface seem very simple things in the moment, but which can have one of the most impacts in either your life or that of another. A smile of kindness, a sharing of understanding, a moment of gentleness, truth or support, a moment to appreciate that which holds your focus or comes to your awareness. To lift another or the environment by being the essence that is you, is one of the greatest gifts you can share and is often understated by each person naturally doing so. That is ascension, to be the beautiful soul light that you are and to integrate the fluctuating changes as best you can throughout life. The energy of one moment of genuine kindness or care wipes out and cancels at least 20 that may not be of such a generous spirit .The energy is seen from above in other dimensions as a light, a flicker or beacon amongst other energy. So when I say shine your light into the world, this is what I refer to. This flicker of light is your inner light, the aspect of your divinity which shines forth with a brilliance you may not even be aware of but is sensed and known intuitively and energetically. You can connect with and use this in so many areas of daily life. That is ascensions pathway that calls to the heart, purely the recognition of who you truly are, the skills, learnings and gifts that you incarnated with.

There were times long ago, when masters of energy and light would hold the energies of peace and so on, in sanctuaries far away from the peoples of the land and at times in the ethers, and this kept the energies high and pure in frequency. The time of ascension for todays society is vastly different in the requirements necessary for all to ascend beyond the current levels. There are and have been a lot of transitions taking place throughout the centuries which will continue to happen. There are those whom are awake, awakening, or shall be awake in later appropriate times, each individual travels their own path in there own time, it is unique, personal and special for them. There is no rush or requirement to be activated or energetically shocked by attempts of another to wake you up or upgrade you to a different level, no need to try to understand energy if it holds no interest for you, not necessary to believe everything you see or hear. You do not need anyone to do that, your Soul knows exactly what your path is and that which will serve you the best for your whole totality throughout your entire life, trust your inner wise self and discernment to know exactly what will be best for you and let go of the rest.

You may start to hear of 5d or 3d, vibration, resonance, frequency and many other words being used in various different ways, this can often be misleading, out of context or totally inappropriate for either a situation or person. Ascension is not magical, spiritual, or for the select few, its happening to everything and everybody with live energy on the planet and has been continuously happening throughout time. Ascension is not about being different to anybody, it is not opening your chakras, holding a crystal, or speaking language of light or any other form of a very small aspect of energy correlation. All it means is that there are many lighter energies than previously experienced, now more readily available for every living thing on the planet which can be integrated and used within all areas of lifes progression, in a more conscious way. We are all having exactly the same happening within the world but just having differing experiences or perceptions of it depending upon many influencing factors. Integration of changes that may occur or learnings in life, opportunities may arise to remain anchored to the truth from within, to expand awareness from the limitations of the perspective of the personality to the bigger picture of anything that maybe happening, we can create changes for the better for ourselves, the environment and world in general and that is an energy upgrade. If you can do one thing a day be kind but empowered. It is the awareness of self at all levels, not trying to do or trying to be other than that which we are, it is using the energy available to support oneself through life in all the many ways that it can be used. This will take time but it is in process and can be seen in the many changes occurring around the globe, with ever evolving shifts of thoughts, awareness and feelings changing. This will continue as one establishment dissolves, it clears the way for more vibrant balanced energies to transpire that will fit better for everyone. Many of the children of today are already awakened to the higher aspects associated with the energies of soul self and the energy vibrations in general.

Whilst it is and can be wonderful to go flying with dragons, sit with angels, travel with starbeings, be surrounded by crystals and meditate for long periods of time, the speed of the reality in which we live calls for a very anchored and grounded approach of integration of energy for daily life wellbeing. It is simply being the soul self in earth time reality and exploring who you are as a multidimensional being whilst travelling within earth life reality and physicality in a transient way to the energy fluctuations which occur. Ascension is now, in each and every person, each and every day.
